Consultation and Psychotherapy

Therapy begins with an initial meeting to assess your needs and how I may be helpful to you. We will discuss your motivations for therapy, your current symptoms, and goals for your treatment. Together we will decide on a treatment plan that meets you where you are.

You can expect a lot of feedback, support, and guidance in your sessions as you work towards your goals.

I believe in a personalized combination of therapy techniques that can work with your unique circumstances and challenges.

The aim is always to help you realize sustainable and authentic changes in your life.

Most clients choose to come to therapy at the same time every week, but I can be flexible with your appointments if that’s what you need.

Evening appointments are available, as are home visits for pre- and postpartum women.

If you are currently receiving medication, I will consult with the professionals involved in your care to ensure a coordinated treatment plan for your physical and mental well-being.

I can also refer you to a psychiatrist if needed.
